After running 1.24 for a couple of weeks I can confirm that the performance issues are better, but still not fixed.
The taskbar is generally quite responsive and after a reboot, it's usually fine for a few hours. Then it seems to have periods where it will just completely freeze (mouse over animations stop working), and clicking on the buttons has about a 10-15 second delay between click and action. If you perform a bunch of actions (clicking on multiple windows in the taskbar) while it's frozen they will all happen at the same time after 10-15 seconds once it starts responding again. This was MUCH worse in previous Start11 versions and as I mentioned before, it got so bad I had to uninstall it for a while. I used to see this much more frequently and 60s+ delays, so it is better, but still not perfect.
Sometimes this will happen once and then be fine for a few more hours, other times it's over and over again. Restarting explorer seems to fix it sometimes, other times I have to reboot.
Win11 22000.739 (happened on last month's build as well)
