I only purchased Start11 so I could see all the files I have open instead of them being hidden behind the icon, yet it only works on my primary monitor. In fact, the app icons aren't showing up at all on my secondary monitors. I'm running the latest Windows Insider Beta build.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Do know that we do not support Windows Insider Beta build. But, if you not yet using version V1.22. You should try that version and see if it help your issue.
ThanksBasj,Stardock Community Assistant.
It sounds like you may have set the settings to only show the windows on the main taskbar and the taskbar on the monitor they are on.
This is a Windows setting in taskbar settings but can also be accessed from the Start11 taskbar settings on the more start11 taskbar settings page.
My Windows settings are correct and I have the latest version of Start11 - still issues.
If you are using the insider build I am afraid you may experience issues as the latest update changes the taskbar significantly.
We have an update next week for that.
You should be aware we do not officially support insider builds of Windows 11 for this reason.
I am running the same Insider build on two different machines, but seem to have this issue on one of them. The behaviour is quite weird in that the taskbar apps are there on the second monitor but are invisible and all squashed up. Hovering my mouse over what appears to be an empty taskbar brings up a small preview box of the app above the taskbar, so it is there. I can still click on them to open the app, even though I can't see what I am clicking on.
Updated to build 22621.169 last night and noticed that this issue has been resolved
