start11 beta - taskbar fixes

nice start but still missing ..

My Start11 trial was good, just bought it. Found out the newest beta aimed at taskbar fixes so download and installed it. Appreciate the fixes (uncombining, etc.) though still doesn't address either of my two most pressing Win 11 taskbar issues: (1) cant increase the SIZE of tray icons, which are minuscule, and ( cant put the taskbar vertical.
