Question about multiple activations.

Good evening. I hope all is well. I'm contemplating upgrading from Fences 3 to Fences 4. How many activations am I allowed? Currently have this PC, a new PC I'm thinking about building a new gaming rig in late 2022 (both PCs will be used), and a laptop I use for work.
