Exceeded the number of allowed activations

Hello,

We purchased a total of 175 Multiplicity licenses.

At any given time there are 166 workstations using Multiplicity in our control center.  From time to time, we replace a workstations 1 for 1. 

We received an error message, " Unable to activate Multiplicity.  This product key has exceeded the number of allowed activations".  Can you show me the steps to deactivate a license, which would allow us to activate Multiplicity on a replacement workstation?

Also, we sometimes will wipe out/reconfigure the same workstation on the spot.  When Multiplicity is re-activated on that workstation, will it count towards the license count?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

While this will likely deal with an account issue, where it is generally handled via a ticket:

Thank you for your response, team.

When I went to https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products, I saw the license key there.  Is there a display where I can see the entire list of workstations so I can take the inactive ones offline?

Thanks for the help, Stardock team.  I was able to take out the redundant licenses from the "myaccount/products" page.
