I was wondering if anyone can help me with a first time issue with changing the transparency on my taskbar. I have a Dell Vostro 14 AMD RYZEN 5 CPU/ RADEON VEGA GPU. For some reason I cannot change the transparency on my taskbar other than what is available on the Windows. I added a DWORD (32-bit) value named UseOLEDTaskbarTransparency under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced Registry key and settings its value to 1. No change . Any ideas anyone?

No, I don't believe so. I just changed my system about a week ago to the Dell Vostro. So I was thinking that the issue had to do with maybe the configuration with my GPU. But don't know where look.
