In case anyone is seeing DWM.EXE crashes on Windows 10 2004 whilst right-clicking a desktop icon in a fence, I found that if you disable "Let Deskscape take over Fences 3 background blurring" on Deskscapes settings Advanced tab, it seems to fix it.
Whether it's a Windows 10 problem, an nVidia problem or a Stardock problem (never ! 
), I hope this is of some use to anyone else with a similar problem
