Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
Sometimes it quits working on the second monitor even when I'm actively using it.
What does 'quit working mean here? Did it stop interacting with the desktop, stop copy / paste, won't move to it from a Primary?
Then the cursor won't move from the first to the second monitor.
If you mean from the Primary to the Secondary, please say as much. 'Monitors' could mean the same PC and would not involve Multiplicity.
Finally got the bat file to download. ran it on both computers and rebooted. After reboot, multiplicity was running and working (sort of) so I can't see that there was much of a purge.
Then something did not work or it was done incorrectly. Please use:
