I think You have to first end task of this program completely then uninstall the program.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

You can delete the files manually from where you have them installed, likely:

C:\Program Files (x86)

and perhaps in \Stardock or \[TheGameNam]

To get it out of add/remove programs, you can see if it's here in the registry and delete it:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
