ICONS DISAPPEARED

Icons disappeared from inside box

I was rearranging, the boxes/categories to organize my desktop today & all of the folders within one box disappeared. The box along with it's heading remains on the desktop without the folders.

Help!

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you tried the Restore your "daily snapshot" to get back your layout?

Unless you are arranging Portal Fences. Than those icons really has move to somewhere else. I believe portal fences is just like File explorer. You can hit Control Z to undo your last action.
