How does KVM Pro work on controlling multiple computers?

I'm having to ask this here because I could not find a pre-sales email or chat.

I've been messed up before with Multiplicity so I want to explain what I want to do and ask if KVM Pro will do it.

I have 6 PCs.  99% of them time 1 PC is the controlling PC and it talks to the other 5.  However, i reguarly need 1 or 2 of those PCs to be the controlling and be able to connect to the original controlling PC (when I change physical locations)

If I buy KVM Pro, do I load it on all 6 PCs and then will I be able to seamlessly switch from controlling from computer A to driving 15 miles away and control from computer B?

It seems like it but I was burned before thinking I understood that chart so I wanted a definitive.

MP only works on a local LAN / shared subnet (you could set up a VPN to have remote computers on a shared subnet).

If you ever needed to have a Secondary control a Primary, would would need to demote the current Primary to a Secondary and vice versa on a current Secondary.

Well that is good to know since the only real purpose of remote utilities is to access computers remotely

I highly recommend it. I use it daily to control every computer in my hose, which is about 14 of them.
