I don't want to sound like a complainer, but from what I can see of the new resource model a couple issues spring to mind immediately.

1. The early game colony grab. People should rly be given a warning. A serious heads-up, with shoulder shake. Thanx to settlement populations getting hogtied (unless you can come up with a quasarload of durantium), that 5 base raw production is like GOD. Here is the problem: I picked habitable planets-uncommon. So yes, I had two colony ships making the entireeee round without being able to settle any place. Yes I've had a game where 3 guys beat me to 3 different worlds at various locations basically within my backyard, plunking down their 3 mighty millions while my own settlers looked on from 1 parsec away and kicked themselves.
2. Buildings like Administrator Center ought really to have +2 adjacency bonus to be viable. I mean it's characteristic of a more premium structure whenever you see that, but let's keep in mind it's only giving what industry X building would've given, receiving itself no bonus (I presume). If you are forking up 10 dura to completely roast a tile on one of your possibly scant worlds, then shortage of "administration" is likely not your species' greatest obstacle from glory. It just does not pay.
3. See #2. Then see it again. See it untill you see it guys. We players aren't morons, even those of us that are bad at this type of thing. We can spot +220% on one world, +140% on another. Never in a bagillion years will I req 20 durantium that miners died to get - let's be real here - to administer 1 base and send 1 single planet to industial heck each time I need to refit my structures... bringing me to:
4. Bureau of Labor? Ok ok I'm in touch enough to know that this was a community request. We are all supposed to be grateful it was even added in. But at what cost?!?? it burns a tile. And 10x of durantium is what I gift to my dear old exo-granmama, for decades of cherished familiarity; my laborers don't get no 10x durantium! And this is per-planet!! UM... christmas story meme-much guys...?! Just who is coming up w these rules? I want a name and I want them to know I'm lookin for em. that is what I want.
