Just bought the KVM version and have been setting up both the KM and KVM modes so yes it can be done.
If you go into the seamless mode tab and add computers there, then those are the ones you have keyboard and mouse control over. Go into the KVM tab and add computers there, those are the ones you can control completely via the primary computer, using the primary computer's display as a virtual monitor.
