Folder Portal, refresh delay

HI,

i used Fences Folder to see file directly on my desktop.

i used to all my client, but i have some user they have refresh problem.

the file was gone but the image still on the fences folder.

The image disaper when i use F5... i have to refresh manually.

Do you have any idea.
