When setting up fences in V1, if I didn't assign a label to the fence, it had no title bar, I like it like this. I have fences around icons which I are of an obvious type, and these are arranged hard up against the top of the screen and underneath each other. These rolling out title bars without text in them are causing an unsightly overlap of fences.

Now it seems that title bars for fences are mandatory, I cant find an option to disable them, its making me want to revert to v1 I'd still be on v1 if it didn't fail to start occasionally

I cant drag a fence up to the top of the screen now, without it having an ugly title bar gap at the top. Its a fence! not another application window.

Please enable an option, so, if I don't put in title text, it means I dont wont a title bar, I could put a space in there if I just wanted a blank title bar.

please, give me an option to disable the rolling up when I mouse over it, it worked fine in V1, why why why!
