If I have an ongoing object desktop license and I've found a coupon for object desktop that is cheaper than the renewal, what happens when I buy it? -Will I get another object desktop yearly license to the side of the current one or-The purchase is "added onto" the current ongoing license?-Will I loose my 91day and the purchase will "reset" the one year starting at the purchase?

With discount I'm able to get object desktop for 19.99$ why would I buy a sub. renew for 29.99 then? Or there is some special discount for renewal also?
Why couldn't I just use the coupon code for sub. renewal also?
