Hi, I recently upgraded my version to 3.44 KM Build 00090 on both my primary and secondary machines. Both are running Win 10 Pro version 1703. Everything was great until after this update. Just as the others mentioned, the mouse clicks, left or right, are not working. On my primary, I do not see any issue with licensing, as there is a message in the About page indicating that this is a licensed copy of Multiplicity KM.
It was working and from time to time the mouse clicks stopped working on the secondary machine. I got it working with 1 or 2 reboots of the primary machine and I've "unloaded" multiplicity and restarted as well (also reloaded multiplicity on the secondary machine as well) and it came back for a bit. Now nothing seems to be working to get the mouse click to work on the secondary machine.
One thing to note, I first noticed the loss of mouse click which I was using Ring Central (online conferencing tool) after the Multiplicity upgrade, which did seem to be consistent in losing the mouse clicks. This does not seem to be related to sharing my screen as just starting a conference would seem to make the mouse click problem show up. Rebooting after the session seemed to work for a while. Before updating to 3.44, I used Ring Central all the time without any issues with Multiplicity.
The only know update to my machines (that I know of) have been the Multiplicity update.
