I've been using Start 8 for about a year without any problems. After updating to 1.55, all the icons on the primary start menu will randomly disappear. If I don't press start and leave it alone for a few minutes, the icons will randomly reappear. Any idea what's going on?

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application. I've uninstalled using Revo uninstaller to clean out any remaining registry keys and %appdata% files that were left over.  I've tried downgrading to version 1.50 and version 1.40 and the bug is present in all versions now.
