How to I buy two copies of the game?

I want to buy two copies of the game for co-op.  The Store only lets me add one game copy.  I'd like to have two Steam copies and gift one of them.

I attempted to buy a 2nd copy of the game, but I get a message that I have to wait for my order to be processed:

Order number: 3480916
Status: This order has been queued for processing by customer service. You will receive an email within one business day, at which time you will be charged and your order will be fulfilled.

So I just activated the one copy of the game I was able to buy on my son's computer, and the game will not run.  Steam does not give a useful error message.  After launching the Servo.exe manually I get this error:

"The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you are running.  Check your computer's system information to see whether an 32-bit or 64-bit version of the program."

This computer is running Windows 7 32-bit.  Is Servo 64-bit only?  I specifically checked your website to make sure this older computer would be compatible, and I did not find any information stating 64-bit required.  In addition, the FAQ says it will run on older systems but will use the newer hardware if available.

Am I hosed?

It certainly should not require 64 bit. We'll figure it out. Work with SD support to get us all the info, please.

Well, it turns out I am incorrect. We are 64 bit only ATM.
