Hello, tried searching before but not getting anything back. I hope it's just me missing something, and not a bug.

I'm currently playing TEC Loyalists against 4 Unfair AI in a FFA. I've researched every tech available, except logistic techs. and I want to build a couple of Novaliths. Problem is, they're grayed out, and it tells me that the superweapon limit has been reached.

I have;

-8 military labs

-4 civ labs

(cycled from 4/8 to research civ techs first)

-more than enough tactical slots at my 4 planets

-very little troop supply, but that's not necessary is it?

-every tech known to the TEC

-an ally, another TEC loyalist, and he doesn't appear to have Novalith cannons. Have several pacts with him.

Is it a map thing that I'm missing? Playing on Nemesis. Or is there something I'm just not realising?
