Trial license key & expected support response time?

I dusted off an old laptop and came across Fences.  I thought I'd try it out.

i do not know why, but stardock will not send me a trial key (no, it's not in the junk folder ).  I've not heard from support either on email I've sent them.  Anyone have any info on the trial keys?  Also, how responsive is StarDock?

There was a spammer replying to a few posts.

It sounds like there is a problem with emails getting to you from Stardock as a mail to support should have caused an auto reply too.

Which provider is your e-mail with?
