I have a screen display image available to show the problem but cannot figure out how to attach it to this post.

If someone can help me with that it will make the description of the problem much easier.

Anyway, I am using Windows 8.1 Professional and Start8 rev 1.47

When I left click on the Start8 start button the menu that comes up is imcomplete at the upper end of the menu items and I have tried to change the screen configuration everywya I can think of and no luck.

Ideas would be appreciated.
