Start8 does not detect when in "Tablet" or "Docked" mode

Hi,

I have an Asus T100 transformer book (laptop/tablet hybrid) running windows 8.1. All windows updates and asus hardware updates installed.

For some reason the options to change the behaviour of the start button (or Windows key) depending on which mode the device is in (Tablet / Docked) seems to have no effect.

Ideally it would be great to have the Start8 menu when docked with my keyboard attached or the full screen Windows 8 menu when in tablet (undocked) mode.

I have checked all settings which seem to be correct but Start8 doesn't seem to detect when the device is docked or not. Windows however does correctly detect when the device is docked (Screen orientation locks etc...)

Any thoughts or ideas would be welcome.

I have the same problem with my Surface Pro 3. I have the full desktop dock and Start8 doesn't recognise it. I'm not talking about the keyboard cover, which is also not recognised as a dock (which is fine - you could probably see it either way).

Any help would be appreciated.

Assuming the correct drivers are installed it should be working, but I will get QA to double check things.
