Windows 8 menu - New user profiles

Is there any way to prevent "Windows 8 menu" being pinned in new user profiles? I.e a new users logs onto a PC with start 8 and they see the "Windows 8 menu" in their pinned apps - I'd rather it not exist as it's the last entry point to metro!
