Same here. Product prompted for an update (ModernMix) which I performed. After reboot required reactivation as old codes didn't carry over; apparently a new method is being used. However, could not activate online (said my internet connection is blocks which it is not) nor using alternative method which involves submitting registration file. Clearly the backend registration server/service is down and no one is there to pickup the pieces. No way I will ever use this companies products for anything that is mission critical.
