May be premature but....

Has stardock gotten their hands on Windows Threshold yet?

I am not asking for any NDAs to be broken. I am just wondering with rumors of the charms bar being eliminated on PCs with mouse and keyboard and the revamping of the built in start menu. or should I say the reintegration of a start menu. How will this affect Start8s future?

I am hoping there will be a Start9 fork because I am not to sure about what Microsoft is planning.

I would also like to know if Aero will be possible again.
