If you have MP with KVM support you could set it up so the primary computer has the only two monitors and nothing plugged into the secondary. Then use KVM mode to control the secondary computer on the second monitor of the primary.
I do have Multiplicity 3 KVM Pro. I am planning on hooking both monitors up to the primary computer. This will be the regularly used setup, with the secondary computer normally completely turned off. Is there a way to quickly swap back and forth between that setup and a setup having main computer on left monitor, and secondary computer on right monitor?
