How do I change the background colour of the start menu and the all programs menu ? I can change the text colour using the theme editor, but changing the background is not obvious to me.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, selecting the colour as you show changes the colour of the box which surrounds the menu listing, it does not change the background colour of the menu itself, which is what I want to do.
