Note, this doesn't affect *every* program, but it does seem to affect quite a few (some were installed before Update 1 and some after).

If you right click on both of them and check properties for the path to the shortcut file itself (not the target of the shortcut), are they coming from the same shortcut, or two different locations?
Aha, it isn't. One of the results is located in %APPDATA%/Roaming and the other is in the Start Menu folder. The ones that had 3 results have both shortcuts (appdata and start menu) and the exe listed. How do I go about fixing this?
