Wanderlust is the name of the trait. It's an excellent trait, except for one caveat:

If there's another faction with the same trait in your game, you could've bought the Quest Maps in their shop without spending a trait point. All 'Shop Item' traits have this rather significant downside.

That being said, Quests can bring you Fame, experience (only a little bit usually), Gildar, and sometimes a very powerful item or champion. It's very hit or miss, but it is a lot of fun.

Knowing the rewards would ruin half the fun! 

Just to be clear: the quests from the quest maps are the same as the (random) quests you can find while roaming the world.

there are different kinds of rewards that are possible for particular quests. I've only created a list of possible quests, I've not had the time to edit a walkthrough of each quest and say what rewards you will get from that particular quest. Most quests are worth the effort.

You can always download my quest editor and open up all the quests and run through them to see the rewards you will get at the end of the day.
