I bought it, played it, and don't like it. I'd rather play with some MODs like Star Wars Requiem.
So, it's down loaded via Steam. How do I get the original Sins Rebellion back?
You don't. Also the DLC does not break mods, this is a myth; if a mod "doesn't work" due to DLC it is in fact not compatible with v1.80 at all.
You can't.
You can't disable it, but you can try to mod out the DLC additions.

Keep in mind that putting two or more mods together on Sins can be a gruesome affair. Hope you have some good modding skills.
