Where has Start8 gone in Win 8.1?

I've just had the update for Windows 8.1.

I have a paid version of Start8, but since the update, Start8 has disappeared from my Start menu, and only shows in Uninstall Programs.

How do I get it back, as the menu now looks different?

I would recommend uninstalling Start8, and then downloading the latest version and reinstalling it.
