I don't play competitively but I do play online with some of my friends and with a few AI.

I found that with a large 6-10 player match the later part of the game gets pretty boring. All fleets are strong, lots of planets colonized...

There are tons of conversion mods but I was wondering if there are any mods out there that add further ships, techs etc to the existing game races. For example researches that take 10 military centers to research and a ship stronger than a titan for real late game play.

I looked everywhere for a new type of starbase thats bigger and better than the originals but didn't find any... Has nobody created a super defence platform? Perhaps something that you can only build on your capital planet? I'd like to not be fighting the exact same battle on each planet lol

Sigh I dont know.... I'm just looking for there to constantly be something more to do. I always end up in huge wars with maxed out techs and get bored.

So somebody link me to a cool mod or go make one hahaha
