Some programs will pin and some won't.
For example, can't ID why Wordperfect won't pin but but Word 2010 does pin.
Have a speedfan program that won't pin but many others will.
Tried exe file and folders on those that won't pin and won't.
Those that do pin,I can move up or down etc fine.
