Not new to Start 8 but, periodically, I have problems with it. This one is one that bugs me slightly but often rights itself and I have no idea how. As an IT professional I would really like to have greater control over it rather than hope for some chance magical event to solve my problems

I can see this has been asked before but mostly (it seems) for people with two monitors) ... I have a 3 monitor system: A centre positioned 30” and two rotated 21” monitors, 1 on each side. I want start 8 to appear on my centre monitor.

My problem is that if I configure Start 8 in single monitor mode the start 8 button is on my left-hand monitor ... I can find no way to shift the monitor on which it appears. It once self-corrected when I joined the system to my domain and, starting the with a new domain user profile it switched from the left-hand monitor to the centre. I have no idea why. If I configure it to display on all three monitors (an acceptable solution even if not my preferred one) it behaves strangely with the buttons/menus on my left & right-hand monitors behaving correctly whilst a click on my centre screen button opens the start menu on my left-hand monitor. This is very confusing.

I currently have Start 8 in LH monitor orientation but  does anyone know if there is any way to force Start 8 to appear on a specific monitor and ensure that the menu associated with it appears on that same screen?
