Every time I update Start8 (or ModernMix) I have to manually start it every logon

This is driving me crazy. I have to go to Program Files (x86) and run Start8_64.exe and the equivalent for ModernMix (if that has been updated). Its a real PIA because my wife yells for help every time she logs on.

This has been going on since the first update of those products I did under Windows 8 and is still going on under Windows 8.1. I must have figured out the fix but was too stupid to write it down thinking it was just a fluke or a bug StarDock would fix.

So what is the fix? And if it happens the next update again, even if I have the fix written down, its just not worth it.
