If you are not seeing the support tool .zip file on your desktop, please try the following.
-Press the Windows key and the r key at the same time to bring up the run dialog.
-If you are using Windows Vista/7/8, paste/type the following into the run dialog: %localappdata%\Temp\
-If you are using Windows XP, paste/type the following into the run dialog: %temp%
This will open the temporary folder where the logs get placed. Locate a folder called SDSTool. Zip up this folder and attach it to your email.
