Ok, I make it short:
Mancor Blood should give +1 to Spell Resistance, Initiative and so on per one of the 4 elemental shards. But I don't see it when looking at my units and heroes. Does is work and it's an notification bug or does it not work???
If it works: How does it work? An army of 6 units => bonus multiplied with 6???
If it works Mancor seems to be the best race to my opinion.
