Galaxy Forge Bug?

Hello, I'm not on this blog much, as I always post on Steam. Someone advised I posted here. 

 

Using Galaxy Forge trying to build a map... wanting to place multiple celestial objects, that are NON colonize-able (space junk, asteroid belt, gas giants, etc), and randomly generated. I keep laying the Planet type "Random Non Colonize-able" among other planets that are colonize-able. I save, go to test play and some NON COLONIZE-ABLE turn out to be Ferrus Planets. Why is the planet laying tool not working? 

Is it a BUG? 
Does it consider planets needing research NON colonize-able? cause need research FIRST? How can I lay celestial bodies that are NOT PLANETS, with a random generator?

sounds more like an error with the galaxysenario.galaxysenario file than a bug in galaxyforge, have you tried placing particular non-coloniseable planets in those locations?

Yes, and they work fine. It just seems that the Random Uncolonized is random still, but by chance, I get the Ferrus planet. I know its occuring, becuase I set only 1 Ferrus planet in specific system, and there is randomly 2-4 , of the Planets placed where I have multiple Random Uncolonized. Not everytime, the same objects appears as the Ferrus planet. Everytime I reload, trying to test the problem, or rearrange something on map, its not always the same as last appearance, but always more than 1 Ferrus, and always one of the many placed Random Uncolonized in the system.

I'm going to try DLing the DLC patch of the latest update. Someone on Steam recommended if I do not have the Patch, to try DLing patch, and see if that solves it.

Yarlen is one of the admins of this forum. He does sometimes pop over to Steam but its usually easier to get him over here.

Where do I find link to actually DL patch. Everywhere I've seen something mention about DLing patch, I select adjoining link, and it just takes me somewhere else that talks about the patch, it seems like.
