still have this bug when I close utorrent. it wont close. instead the program freezes and every gui(taskbar, windows, task manager) starts to flicker. I have to hurry and use task manager to force close utorrent before the flickering starts.
the problem goes away if I tell windowblinds not to skin it. but is that really a fix or just a bypass.
