How long does it take to aprove transactions

I purchased windows blinds on tuesday evening, and have had no conformation that my order is even being processed other than that the money on my card is on hold, I want the software, and it was bought more than 2 days ago now, Can someone help process my order through or refund me if you cant. (i would rather have the software)
