Pinned Apps

I recently unpinned an app from the start menu (autocad) and then decided to re-pin in an effort to get the jump-list to show up.

Now the icon doesn't show and I can't seem to get it to re-pin. Using 1.16, have rebooted after a couple of attempts, and expanded the icon space to be sure there's plenty of room for icons.
