Feature request. Currently the only way to scroll through a fence/portal whose items exceed the size of the fence/portal is to click on the scroll bar and/or drag the scroll bar up or down. What would be useful is a hover over or click of a fence/portal item followed by a scroll wheel turn to scroll through the icons.
