A majority of bugs I've found seem to be graphical in nature, or related to the UI. The ones that I can remember include:
*The city/army sidebar seems to disappear and reappear, in part or in full, randomly throughout the campaign.
*Some unit portraits disappear
*The graphics and spell effect for Storm are still hitting different targets
Other bugs:
*Sion's are completely unusable. Once they're built, you can choose their skill tree but then there are no choices available to them. This causes a crash (DV invalid, I believe)
*The champion Hannis appears to be bugged. Either he's casting Evade repeatedly with no spell effects being seen, or he's casting nothing repeatedly.
*When building Pioneers in a level 5 city population is not taken away from the city
*Some river squares appear to be unpassable while others remain passable.
*A garrison for one of my higher level Fortresses had around 22 militia and 4 catapults. This city has not been attacked, so I don't know if that many units are actually deployed. Seems a bit extreme. I also just noticed that a city with a Guardian Statue is displaying 4 Guardians as part of the garrison.
*There was a crash in an Army Management Screen (DV invalid, I believe). The screen consisted of a monster army and an enemy faction pioneer.
*On the build menu wiithin a city some tooltips are not displaying correct values. I remember the Treasury Vault specifically had a 0% value, though I did not build this facility to see if it was just a display error.
*In tactical battles, units under the Berserk effect retreat when HP are low. This might not be a bug, but it seems out of character.
*Mounted units receive the floating text "Crushed" when they are actually immune
All in all, amazing work! I can't say that I really dislike any of the design changes that have been made. The new champion skill trees are awesome (I could suggest minor tweaks) and tactical combat is really fun! I especially like Fame and the new champion recruiting system.
