It is quite unusual for there to be any space space in the tree.
We can look at tweaking that for the next update, but as issues go it is fairly minor as you can access the configuration dialog via right clicking pretty much any other part of the menu.

Well yes it is quite unusual but I love to be organized so I organize my start menu into groups so I can quickly pick any program from its group thus leaving much room and keep it tidy.
Can't wait for the next update.
