The comment in the log was about an unrelated issue.
We are still investigating this bug report. It would be useful if you are able to save the keys from
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\UserAssist
and send the file support@stardock.com and post the ticket ID you get in return here so we can easily locate it.
It would also be useful if you identify which apps are not showing in the list but should be and which apps you would expect to see top of the list as part of your mail to support.
