Display Picture Stuck On Last Viewed Menu Icon

Under the "Configure" menu, I have "Administrative Tools" set to "Display as a menu".

Now, if I browse the Start8 "Administrative Tools" menu then click out of the Start8 menu, then go back to the Start8 menu, you will notice that the display picture at the top is still displaying the "Administrative Tools" icon rather than the User's display picture.
