Hi all,
I created a custom race and set the ship type to one of the aval races. When I start a new game I have a flag ship, scout and colony ship. However, the only ship avail to build is the scout so I have no way of populating other planets. Is this normal? Am I suppose to train up to those? All the other races that I tested can build them right away so I think I'm missing something.
