[.992 UI] I would like to see the lightning animation when weapons like the Windjammer and Lightning Hammer hit

The same lightning animation we see when an Air Elemental hits.

Actually, there is a lightning animation when the hammer hits. Not the huge air elemental-like, but a small flash of electricity.
