Fallen Enchantress: "Stardock has outdone themselves"

As some of you may recall, when Elemental: War of Magic was released in 2010, no one was more vocal or more specific in the shortcomings of that title than QT3's Tom Chick.

Stardock took the criticism of that game to heart when it "reimagined" a TBS fantasy strategy game that ultimately manifested itself as Elemental: Fallen Enchantress.  From the quick impressions:

Stardock has really outdone themselves this time. If you like turn-based strategy games, if you like fantasy, even if you like RPGs, don’t miss this one.

Why isn't Fallen Enchantress in the "coming soon" section on metacritic? Was the release date announced too late or something? I hope the game goes up there as soon as reviews are released!

It's just totally cool baby.  

I am soooo looking forward to reading the reviews and seeing those gigantic scores. 

Anyone that doesn't love EFE, must be ma-ma-mad.

Fantastic!

The point is, i KNOW its a great game. But will all the reviewers see that?! I hope, i really hope.

ive been out of the loop for a long time now, i see the BETA has automatically been added to my account.....does this turn into the full release version later today or something?
